Yes, a discount for residents of €2 applies compared to the price at the box office.
No, the cave is prepared for visits with any type of footwear, but we always recommend non-slip shoes.
We maintain a constant temperature of 20°C throughout the year.
Yes, you can take the TIB 401 (Palma-Cala Millor) with a stop at Dinosaurland-Coves Hams. For the return trip (Cala Millor-Palma), you will need to catch the bus from Porto Cristo.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the facility. However, we have a picnic area in the vicinity of the facility. We recommend using the picnic area before or after your visit to the cave.
At the park’s entrance/exit, you can visit Dinoburger and enjoy tasty SmashBurgers, pizzas, salads, and a great children’s menu.
Baby strollers are not allowed, as the cave is not adapted for them. Yes, we have changing facilities in the restroom for disabled visitors at the bar and in the bar of the Round Cave.
The cave has many steps both up and down. However, there are frequent stops along the way and resting points. If you are in a wheelchair, the visit cannot be completed due to the steps and some sections of the cave. The rest of the facilities (restrooms, bar, etc.) are wheelchair-accessible.
You can come in your own vehicle to Cuevas Dels Hams. By public transport, take the TIB 401 (Palma-Cala Millor).
We do not offer discounts for large families or single parents.

There is a maximum limit of 10 tickets per purchase.
You risk the ticket not being valid and you may not be allowed entry. Our recommendation to avoid any problems is to only purchase your tickets from the authorized point of sale. The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased from the sole official point of sale (https://cuevasdelshams.com), and therefore, is not responsible for such a purchase; additionally, you risk the price being higher than the official price.

We will send you the same ticket with a modified QR code, which will automatically invalidate the previous one to prevent its use.
The buyer assumes full responsibility if the ticket shows signs of forgery, duplication, tampering, or damage. Cuevas dels Hams reserves the right to deny access to the park to the holder of illegible, counterfeit, or duplicated tickets, and to take legal action, without the buyer being entitled to compensation or indemnification for this.
Yes, we have free parking.
If you are under 14 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult. If you are over 14 years old, it is not mandatory.
Pets are not allowed in the caves.
